Buying through wholesale auction is different from shopping a retail lot. The answers below explain how a request moves from your criteria to a delivered vehicle, and exactly what the $375 sourcing fee does and does not cover.

Sourcing Process

How the sourcing process works

Every request follows the same sequence: your criteria, a scheduled consultation, a verified sourcing fee, and a controlled review of the vehicles we locate.

Auction Acquisition

How auction acquisition works

Vehicles are acquired through dealer-only wholesale auctions, which is a different market than public retail listings.

Sourcing Fee

What the sourcing fee covers

The sourcing fee pays for the work of locating, reviewing, presenting, and pursuing vehicles on your behalf. It is not a vehicle payment.

Fee disclosure

The $375 sourcing service fee is non-refundable once ACE Motors LLC begins providing the sourcing service. Payment of the sourcing fee does not guarantee that a suitable vehicle will be located or purchased.
